The Couch to 5K Running Program

So, I found this running program online and have been doing it consistently for three weeks now. It is for nine weeks straight. The website is http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml if you would like to get off the couch and run a 5K too. I would love to run a marathon someday but I don't see that happening since it is such a long run. Holy smokes! I look up to those who can run a marathon. My brother Jason just ran the St George marathon. Go Jason! You are an inspiration to many people including myself. Well, my goal is to run for three miles straight which I haven't done since high school. I used to run cross country and track and now it is incredibly hard to run a mile. Pathetic, I know. However, I am quite proud of myself for dedicating my time to running three times a week. Does anyone else have a running or exercise program? I would love to start another program after this one but we shall see.

Yeah, I just started one! It's called The Couch-to-5k... er, eh... nevermind...
