Duck Race in New York City

As some of you may know, I love ducks! I even have a duck bathroom. So, my mom told me about a duck event in New York City on August 6. There were approximately 25,000 rubber ducks that took the plunge into the East River and raced from the Brooklyn Bridge to South Street Seaport for the 2008 Duck Race! The race was a charity benefit for the Special Olympics. Too bad I wasn't in NYC at the time to attend the duck race. That sounded like a blast!

I did not know this about you. You should post some pics of your ducks.

We have about 50 rubber ducks at our house-the kids won from a carnival. You can come by anytime and take some with you!!
