The 2008 NBA finals have come to a close as the Boston Celtics take over the LA Lakers. I was a little disappointed that my team didn't pull through. However, after watching last nights game, I knew the Celtics deserved it. Wow! What a game! They were a little "outofcontrol" with all of their three pointer shots. I'm glad they won! They worked so hard. Don't get me wrong, I like the LA Lakers and really wanted them to win overall. However, I think the Boston Celtics played really well together as a team. They were so happy that it brought tears to my eyes. I love people who accomplish their goals. Way to go Boston Celtics!

The Celtics really did deserve it. They played like they wanted it and unfortunately the Lakers didn't. There's always next year!
Emilee, I am just so glad you are still using the phrase "out of control." That makes my day! It take me back like 5 years ago (holy cow its been that long!) when we first lived together.
So true what you said. As much as I wanted the Lakers I am so happy for the celtics. They really wanted to win the championship and they played hard and showed it by winning. I think it was quite special since they won the championship on my birthday. Then again the best present would've been if the suns were playing and won:) Now that I am an Arizona girl...JK always a cali girl at heart.
