Fun times with Jaymeson and Emily

Eli and I continue to have fun when we hang out with Emily and Jaymeson.

The library offers some amazing and fun activities especially during the summer so we took advantage.

We went last week when the train came. Eli loved the train and had a hard time waiting in line. But, he made it and mommy loved watching him ride all by himself.

He didn't stand there the whole time. I had to run after him several times. He loves to wander.

Here we are-Eli's second time around.

Then, this week we went to Thanksgiving Point. Each Tuesday in August, the Farm, Dinosaur Museum and the Gardens are only $2. Eli is free so it is a pretty good deal. Then we have a picnic and treat ourselves to a 50 cent icecream. Again, Eli is free because I ask for the kiddie cone. I love his age!

I guess Eli was trying to say, "Cheese."

Perfect size for Eli and it was FREE.

On the way home, Jaymeson and Eli kept holding hands and laughing at each other. It was hilarious!

What have we been up to?

Eli and I continue to go on little adventures together.

We drove to Park City to spend time with my high school friend, Dia. We were the first ones there so we were able to catch up. It was Dia's birthday.

Then, last week Eli and I went to the SLC fair with Tiffany and kids.

They actually had a FREE petting zoo. Everything else cost $$$$!!!

My favorite animal was the camel. I kept following him around. I thought it was the coolest thing.

Eli was talking to the goat. It was pretty funny!

Well, we are off to the library to ride the train. Hooray! We are so excited!

Eli and I went to Jungle Jim's with Tiffany, Becca and Catelyn.

We had a great time!

Animal week

Eli and I went to the library to see the Pony Petting Zoo and then we went to This is the Place Heritage Park.

We had a lot of fun yet it was exhausting for mommy.

We rode the big train several times as well as the little train.

We also rode the fire truck.

Becca was such a great older cousin to Eli.

Eli loved the animals especially the goats. I took a ton of photos and a video.

I finally took a photo of Eli smiling.

Overall, it was fun. I think I'll wait to go to Disneyland till Eli is three or four. It was exhausting following him around, pushing the stroller up all of the hills but it was nice to get in for free.

2 Parties and the zoo

Last week, Eli and I went to two birthday parties.

The first one was for my niece, Catelyn who turned 4.

Wow! It sure was a fun party. Tiffany did a fantastic job.

Eli mainly stayed with Malissa during the party.

I even curled my hair for the party. We wore the colors-Blue, red and yellow.

These cake pops were AWESOME! I ordered some for Eli's party. Of course, they will be train themed.

They literally went to work trying to find jewels.

The next party was at Cottonwood Heights Rec center for Jaymeson. He turned two. 

I didn't take any photos. Oops! 

It was fun till the lighting arrived. Then, they kicked us out. Well, at least we were able to swim for an hour and a half. It sure was fun and I think Eli had a good time as well.

Today, we went to the zoo with Mary and Jordan.

We had a wonderful time!

There are otters now at the zoo. Wahoo!

We also watched the bird show. Loved it!
